Refunds are processed within 1–2 working days after approval and are credited directly to your bank account.

A 360-degree unboxing video is required when requesting a return, replacement, or exchange.

Exchanges are only applicable in the following cases:
• Product defects
• Size-related issues
• Incorrect product shipped by us

Return pickups are not free and can be arranged based on mutual agreement.

The exchange process will begin once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
